We noticed that there is a real need for this type of service. We chose Roger because we can trust him. He knows his business. We have peace of mind knowing that he’s there and he keeps our computers secure. We like the service because we can budget our support. It is a set fee. We don’t have surprises and we don’t have to question bills. Having less down time means that we can provide better service to our customers and it means we aren’t paying employees to sit while we’re waiting to have a computer repaired.
